There was only 1 person working the counter for check in and the line was long. No info was given about accommodations. No elevator to 2nd floor, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but my back was out. Our room was right next to ice machine and heard buzzing all night long. Room was clean and bed was comfy. You can tell this an older hotel. Doors would slam shut and scared me awake a few times. For the price you would hope for a better room.

The lady that checked us and didn’t give me my ID back and when I went to get it, she said they didn’t have it so I had to wait for a morning for management to get security to give me my ID back. She didn’t care she was not helpful horrible

This place is pretty tired. The hallways smell like some kind of disinfectant. I guess having to put up with the smell of cigarettes is just part of being in Nevada in a casino. I think the mattress on the bed was overdue for replacement. The chicken fried steak and the restaurant was awesome

We usually stay here and always have fun and a good time. It’s the smaller casino but we usually at least break even and don’t go home losing and this time I actually won a $1300 jackpot within 5 minutes of being at the casino and the hotel let us check in an hour early.

We don't like the bed was low on the other side and the pillows are to thin. We didn't sleep well especially my husband and they charged us 23.00 dollar for service fee upon booking aside from the 100 for deposit.
