Great setup for a family with varying ages

Very comfortable! 2 living rooms plus outdoor space and 3 eating places. Convenient for shopping. Lots of pool and beach toys available. Well equipped kitchen. Overall a great family vacation!!

Perfect House

Great location close everything. The house had everything we needed. My family enjoyed the pool area while I was working. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and resolved any issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Beautiful home!

Relaxing with wildlife

We really loved our stay at this house! One of my favorite things was to have coffee in the mornings beside the pool and watch all of the wildlife behind the house including several breeds of wild parrots! The house is located in a very nice, quiet well-kept neighborhood. Our entire visit went without a hitch, from check-in until checkout . My family loved it and I highly recommend this house for family vacation stays.

Great for families

We visited this home with our son and daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren. It is a great set up for this as the primary suite is separate from the rest of the bedrooms. Our grandkids loved the pool and we loved the spa. The community Center is great with a large pool, tennis, pickleball (no PB raquets provided) and playground. We had an issue with the pool heat due to a communication issue with evolve and the owner. The only downside is that there is no barbecue. We did not find this out until it was too late. We love to grill so this was a disappointment. There is no griddle in the home so to do any pancakes or burgers meant using 3 frying pans and only 5 at a time.

Overall good stay

Overall was a nice place to stay. Had a few hick ups with the pool heat and the spa working. Took a few days of communication with property owner but finally got it fixed.

Relaxing vacation home

Great location, easy to get many locations in the area. With the kids having the pool there it was great because the adults could get some relaxation in as well not having to entertain them the whole time.

I forgot to leave a review, now that I'm looking at return dates I remembered. The place was gorgeous, and it had absolutely everything I could need. I really enjoyed the pool and the spa. Book it before I do.

Met our needs for a long weekend

The house was not clean, very dusty, kitchen counter was not clean, floors were not mopped. The pool was nice but the hot tub never got warm. The master bathroom needs to be updated like the other bathroom. Pots and pans should be replaced. The house worked fine for a long weekend with our grandchildren, but I wouldn’t rent it for a long period of time.
