We dis not stay. We were in the room 10 minutes and dwcided we would rather drive home 5 hours than stay in that room. There was hair in the shower and arond the toilet, crumbs on the floor, cobwebs inbthe window area and trash in the floor under the AC. After complaining to the front desk, theybrefused to give us a refund since we were in the room 11 minutes and didnt come down immediatly. 3rd floor. It took us a few minutes to use the elevator. DO NOT STAY HERE

This property is unsanitary. Our bed was covered in bed bugs! We had to leave ALL our belongings! Everything! It has been over 24 hours and no management has even tried to contact us, yes, holiday weekend but this is not a situation that should be put off till a Monday! CHECK YOUR BEDS! Will never stay at a Best Western again.

It was horrible. Got in late like 10:30PM there was hair all in the bathroom, and just plan dirty. Wasn’t clean at all

The rooms were not Clean. Hair in the bathroom, carpets felt filthy (kept shoes on in room) . All other carpeting had many stains . Bed linens had a few yellow spots on them, towels did not smell clean . The breakfast was non existent. The toaster nearly caught on fire . The front desk staff had to open doors to let the smoke/smell go out . Will never return to this hotel. Kids were disappointed because they wanted to swim but pool was very dirty

Check in was decent,however the room was not cleaned properly . Mainly the toilet was clogged called & even went to front desk & housekeeper to make aware. It was never taken care of. I had to fix the toilet myself. Would up to water in floor, fridge s room was leaking. There were what appeared to be blood stains on floor in between bedding had a couple of stains(possibly rust). There was also hair n the shower and on the sink

The hotel was nice, my room was clean, the fridge and microwave were clean and in working order. The only complaint would be the hallway carpets were filthy, need to be shampooed. Staff was friendly from check in to check out, breakfast was standard but not bad. WiFi worked well.
