On Nov 30th, we check in around 1700 hrs or so, an africanamerican guy was in the front desk, very unorganized, 1st he did not had any keys, so he took us to the room, 1st room was not clean, then we have to wait in front of another room for about 20 min. worse some how he was able to clone my credit card. that place is horrible, i'm very unsatisfied

iam sorry about your previous stay here at the moment we didn't have many room keys available as for the front desk he is a very responsible person and in no way would be able to clone your card we will look into this matter further

Out walking my little dog and got attack by a pit bull. They let the dogs all run loose with no leashes on them. Reserve a room with king bed but they didn’t have any available so end up with a little room with 2 double beds. Room dirt and needed work on the ac/heater (smelled when it ran) could look out underneath the door. Very dirty grounds and cats running everywhere that no one on the staff care about. Didn’t real feel safe when you came back after dark.

Got in super early 2am, butt ded not let me check in before 5:30 am... however it was better then till 3:00pm and there was not early check charge. WiFi wasn't working. Minimum accommodations.

Not recommended

They gave my room to someone else when I got back to the hotel for my last nights stay! And told me they were full. Then realized they accidentally gave someone my room with my things in it! Lost a brand new pair of 200$ Jordan’s and some body soap and tee shirts and shampoo! Made police report and motel staff told me there was nothing they could do ! I had to instruct them to involve corporate. No call yet from anyone.
