Located just a few miles from the heart of the city and tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, this newly remodeled retreat is conveniently close to several of San Antonio's most popular attractions including the Historic Pearl (the Pearl Brewery District), the San Antonio Zoo, the San Antonio River Walk, and the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts.

This single-level home boasts a central great room containing a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with a TV set to stream your favorite channels.

Out back, discover a large, fenced yard and a shaded, furnished patio with a gas grill for warm weather cookouts.

This property also features central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms, perfect for remote work or schooling.

Family vacation in San Antonio

House was easy driving distance to key tourist attractions including missions, river walk, and sea world. Entire yard was fenced in so young kids and pets can explore. The ability to gate in your vehicle added security for our car top carrier and trailer hitch. It was plenty of room for a family of 4 with a dog. Could have been cleaner at check in. It is in a residential area so it was nice to have our own private parking.
