Had an excellent stay here... Outstanding service from all employees. Amanda at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly and very easy to approach. The place is quiet, very clean and the breakfast is great.

This is a lovely, quiet, restful hotel with a nice spa and decent restaurant. All staff have been siper helpful and polite, all good vibes. They also have a late night Shisha Lounge on a Saturday night for a bit of nightlife and adjacent rooms like mine are well sound proofed. Mine was on the second floor and had a balconette with a seat, great for enjoying a hot drink outside in the morning! A very relaxing spot for rejuvenating and recharging the batteries in a gorgeous part of London.

Attended here as was vicinity to parks we were booked to visit The rooms were spacious and decor elegant Staff very friendly Great location with free parking Only negative was the buffet breakfast, which was very limited, also we had to wait half an hour for eggs even though the dining area had four tables Other than that, great experience
