Great amenities
The house was perfect for our group! We were only there for one night, but it was enough to fully appreciate how much effort had been put in to making it a fully stocked retreat. It felt like a family retreat that was prepared exactly for our group including books, toys, and snacks for the kids as well as a pool table for the adults. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house but some minor problems
The house was beautiful and the property is nice. However, the laminate floor is buckling throughout the whole house and there are some areas where it posed a tripping hazard and needs to be replaced or repaired. The shower head in the hallway bathroom is leaking badly and sprays on you when it's turned on. Otherwise, the house is clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Trip to burney fall
It was our daughter 18th birthday, she wanted to go to wooden shoe tulip festival in Oregon. We also wanted to go to Burney fall. We were supposed to make it back on time to check in but due to the severe weather we were super late for checking in. I ask the property managers to see if we can stay past 10am the next day and she say yes. We would grateful for that since we didn’t get to the property till after midnight.

Perfect for family
Pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house is just as it looks in the pictures. Perfect for a family or group of friends. The only thing we were surprised by was the king bed is not in the master bedroom, but not a big deal at all. It was so convenient to be able to bring our dogs as well.

Sister Reunion
I brought my mom (84) and aunt (78) up from the Central Valley to see their other sister (86). The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable so everyone rested well. The grounds are like being in a park and very well maintained. We were able to enjoy our visit, playing games and laughing around the large dining table. This place was everything it said it is, and exactly what we were looking for!

Redding House
This is a large house across the street from Sun Oaks. The home was clean and tidy. I would encourage the owners to provide more kitchen supplies and a broom. We cooked a family dinner and it was a challenge with the supplies in the kitchen. The beautiful trees surrounding the house were dropping their leaves which then tracked into the house. We would have liked to sweep up the leaves. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again!

Relaxing night
We enjoyed spending the night relaxing and shooting pool on our vacation. Also nice to be able to get our laundry done. Lisa was very responsive and resolved our check-in issue promptly. It was a lovely, comfortable home.
