"Bugs bugs bugs ! We arrived and were given the wrong room . When I went to the front desk the lady was very rude and told me there was nothing she could do . So I go to the wrong room and there’s 4 roaches on floor . I contact hotels.com and they are able to get me swapped into the correct room the next day . New room is INFESTED with small roaches , I’m talking 20-30 on bathroom floor when lights are turned on . Walls are dirty , floors are dirty , Hotel is not clean , not up to date , and just plain bad other than the location . Also the parking is a joke , the parking lot is a public lot and by the afternoon you better plan on parking across the busiest street in Panama City . Location gets 4.5 stars , EVERYTHING else gets 0 stars"
