Alright. So, I stayed here for 14 days. For the most part, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. MOST of the staff is super friendly and great at the jobs that they are performing. The cleaners are maintaining this place to a very high standard. I noticed that daily (I'm assuming a supervisor) would inspect the rooms that the cleaners were cleaning to make sure they were up to par. The kitchen workers were always cheerful and accommodating. The front desk workers are great for the most part as well. During the middle of my stay, a guest with a dog that WOULD NOT STOP barking was assigned a room next to me. I let it go for the first day, and by the second my patients were gone. This hotel did not handle this situation very well. I was told that they would essentially fine the guest for the noise, and they would "attempt to reimburse me for the sales tax or something" for that evening. This honestly made my blood boil. You're going to charge a guest extra money, and then give me 11$ back? When I said that to the manager, I was met with "you need to deescalate or I will walk away". The next day I was met by the manager again and he gave me a "gift bag" that had a bottle of water, a candy bar, and a bag of 50¢ chips in it and said sorry again this is all we can do for the inconvenience. I asked for my final night to be refunded to me, after some back and forth they agreed. I still have not seen that reimbursement and will be now contacting my bank as I did not stay.

Drury ALWAYS comes through!

We arrived just as the free "dinner" was ending; staff at desk allowed us to leave our bags with them while we went and got something to eat...so thoughtful! The room was great. I haven't stayed at a Drury that has not been wonderful! They obviously train their staff well. The bed was soooooo comfortable after a long day on the road. The pool looked inviting, but we were so tired, we didn't even go down to it. It is very convenient to restaurants, gas stations, etc....yet in a quiet area where you don't hear any road noise.

Check-in was super efficient, patking is simple. Lobby is nice, elevators quick. Our extra spacious room was comfortable and clean. The refrigerator wasn't very cool and the coffee maker was pretty old. Everything else is great!

orignally, my fiance was told they couldn't find the reservation on either his or my name. However, that changed as soon as I walked in, gave my name, all of a sudden they found it. Then they told me they needed a card to charge for the room, since the card on file was "only to protect the reservation"... um what? so while i was trying to fix the issue, the desk person decided to speak over me and my mil, who I was on the phone with and I had to tell her to please be quiet. I couldn't even hear myself think over her annoying, loud voice, and i myself am a loud person. finally got checked in, got up to our room, and noticed no bags were provided in the trash bins. needed to ask for an extra blanket, which we never got. had to call twice for the trash bags, got hung up on. However, once they did decide to finally bring us some trash bags, the gentleman was very professional and nice, even getting me a vacuum to fix a dry mix spill I made. The best part was the drinks. 3 free drinks per person, and I enjoyed mine. Food looked and smelled delicious for dinner, however I am on a liquid diet, so not sure how it tasted. over all, will def. be back, and will still recommend friends and family stay there. place was clean, quiet, and provided a much needed rest.
