Great staff and very welcoming. The restaurant is really nice to have on game day! The gym needs maintenance and cleaning—those Peleton’s are completely rusted and just need clean up. Lots of equipment but it’s not kept up or cleaned well. The early check in fee is chintzy.

The location proximity to the UF hospital was prime! The lake on property was lovely to decompress from the day. Madisson was extremely helpful at check in and very pleasant to deal with.

The first room had hair in the shower. I called the front desk and the girl said sorry but didn’t offer a solution. I called back and requested that we be switched to a room that was clean. They switched us to another room. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty so house cleaning came up and changed the sheets. It was uncomfortable because one of them was male and we were in our night gowns so we hid in the bathroom. Unacceptable and now the hotel just placed an additional $50 on my credit card, no explanation
