The property is stunning, beautifully designed with refined equestrian details that feel luxurious without being overdone. Except for the front desk, all staff went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. The property and rooms are exceptional, which is the reason for the rating. The front desk was a disappointment and TWICE ignored me standing in front of them (first checking in myself and then again checking in a later arrival).
