This property was not in the greatest condition. Upon checking in the staff was not very understanding nor professional and provided terrible customer service. The room booked was not ready and the wrong charge was applied to the debit card. The room did not have any refrigerator which was requested because I had insulin that needed refrigeration but they didn’t come with refrigerators nor did the room come with a blanket. There were bugs in the bathroom and the tub was rusted around the base and the toilet was backing up on several times. The facility housed a lot of locals that included a dog that barked all night and kids uncontrolled yelling from the adults and a lot of police presence from multiple altercations at the property. No elevator on site. The handicapped accessible room had no handles or bars for assistance when using the toilet it only had a walking shower with no bars to hold on to for assistance. Definitely not was for a disabled adult like myself. Horrible experience for the price paid. I was quoted 426 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The staff split the charges up and charged my debit card 2 separate transactions totaling over $500. This experience deserves a refund and the hotel staff needs some training on customer service and the proper needs to be cleaned and maintained better so guests can have a better experience while visiting. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
