The person checking us in should not be the face of the business. Very mechanical and borderline rude. The person checking us out however was extremely pleasant. The hotel is an old Super 8 that they have kept well. Pool was nice and plenty of parking. Beach is across the street and a awesome seafood restaurant is right beside the hotel. If you want a king room, they are all on the second level and there isn't an elevator. (at least that is what Mr. Personality told me when checking in). Overall, I would stay here again.

Everyone was very kind. Our room was comfortable. Several places to eat within walking distance and so many places that weren’t far. Best of all we could walk to the beach! Absolutely will come back!

Staff was all very nice, they met all of our needs. Would stay here again. The only thing there is no water under the pier, we didn’t know that prior to our beach trip.

First time I have stayed at this motel in St Augustine it was nice clean and close to the beach, and restaurants. My only complaint is that even though check in wasn't until 3:00pm, this is the first motel/hotel that I have stayed at in St Augustine that would not allow you to check-in and hang out at the pool until your room was ready.

We are busy people so hotels are really just a place to rest our head. Short walking distance from the pier and the beach, plenty of eatery and shops within walking distance. Small pool was clean for our pre-teen. Easily accessible. Large rooms. Only shampoo for toiletries offered and only gave us two towels for our family of three. Otherwise no really terrible complaints

Room was clean and location was convenient. Several nice restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. The pier is right across the street but we drove a couple of miles to reach the beach access so we could drive on the beach. 4x4 is recommended to drive on the beach. The pool wasn’t as big as I imagined but it was sufficient. The only negative thing I would say is the mattress was hard, like sleeping on a sheet of plywood with a sheet covering it. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay.
