To be improved: box of tissues in room; in lobby we ran out of water and coffee supples; No one at desk; the sliding door in Room 17 is ready to break. Needs to be fixed. Sheets had worn very thin. Room suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Porch was wonderful and view was fantastic. Enjoyed the ambience.

We stayed in room 16 on the first floor. One door opened to the hall that led to the lobby and the glass doors open to a little garden area with chairs. We had a gate from the garden area to the parking lot which was very convenient. We felt safe walking to the very tiny plaza next door at night to pick up a pizza, which was pretty good.

The rooms and bathrooms are dated and well maintained, but everything was well cleaned by housekeeping. Location is good close to the beach and off the beaten path but still close to downtown avoiding the heavy traffic. There is also a restaurant nearby that is convenient if you don't feel like driving downtown. Plenty of parking. The location near a main road results in a lot of noise being heard in the bedroom. Good news is traffic dies out after 8pm and generally road noise is not terrible. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything from the next door unit and even downstairs or upstairs adjacent units. Overall it is not a bad value, but it is dated and noisy.
