The breakfast was delicious and a lot of comfort food but balanced with fruit, meat options, bread with coffee and tea. Parking is difficult because it is small but its a bed and breakfast so that's expected. Also, there's one caveat, it would be best if they had an ice maker.

Excellent location in the heart of St Augustine. An easy walk to all the key places of interest, restaurants, bars etc. An excellent breakfast was provided each day. Michelle and Ellie were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room and en-suite were comfortable and quiet. Thoroughly recommended. Quick weekend trip to historic St Augustine to visit with my son who attends Flagler. B&B was in a perfect location within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was great and room as advertised. Parking was tight, but it was at least on site.
