Book a hotel near North Shore Open Space Park, Miami

"Staff is uninterested in its customers. Multiple employees dont even acknowledge you as customers but would rather sit in their backroom and drink their little expresso's. No toiler paper after a couple days. Batteries in the remote were dead for the whole stay even though we reported it twice. They said it was fixed twice. Lol Floors were cracked and broken which retains dirt and also causes a huge trip hazard. Tile popped as you walked on them. Air conditioning was very unconventional. No split unit but only a single in unit, on the floor, dirty, smelled moldy, and extremely loud room a/c. Beds were just above uncomfortable. No mini bar as advertised. 2 waters at $9 each, m&m's, a few toiletries. Other then that some people may enjoy it?? "

"To whom it may concern, I would like a full refund, it was horrible, the room had a odor of mold , my daughter had to get medical attention, once we returned home for mites , we had constantly headaches and lightheaded, I asked upon arrival to be moved and they said they were fully booked, who may I speak with Expedia to receive a refund, thank you ."
