Good value apartment in North Miami Beach. Conveniently located for the beach (around 5 min walk ) the free Miami trolley service both North and South (1 min ) CVS , Walgreens within 5 mins walk. I Hop and Publix 15 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants local for all budgets (Burger and Shakes was best food and value just down the road) Apartment itself is as pictured and recently modernised so ideal for those wanting to cook for themselves. Host was quick to communicate via Expedia system and text before and during our stay . Would stay again if I was in the area . Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment is spacious and nicely laid out for privacy purposes,- with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. The staff is incredibly communicative and helpful, and the place is very clean. It is certainly less shiny and new than the pictures indicate, with a serious need for a different surface treatment than water soluble paint in the bathrooms, and the place could certainly benefit from a little bit of a woman’s touch, perhaps with some wall decorations and attention to details like outlet covers. However, given its location, near the beach, price and overall well-functioning facilities and amenities, we will book again and recommend to others!

It was my first time staying around 75th St. It is a great area, great beach, great restaurants. As for the property, the front door to the building and entry way could use some work to be more inviting and secure, but once you are in it is great as everything is brand new and great. (This is the beginning of April 2026.) While there is parking as mentioned in other reviews all the signs say 4 hours max. While I never got a ticket, it was always on my mind. (Probably a me issue.)

I booked a reservation with MB Playa Hotel and apartments in Miami, July 23-26, 2026. My stay was not pleasant. There were several issues with the room. Upon arrival of the location, I noticed the outside picture was different from what was shown on the Internet. I left for the afternoon and when I came back the code which was given to me was not the correct one. My daughter and I stayed outside of the room for 10 minutes trying to get a response from the booking manager. The new code was sent over eventually. Once inside, my daughter and she saw a bug in the room and the toilet in the bathroom was very close to the sink, I had to turn my legs diagonally. The air quality was extremely hazardous and it was affecting my sinuses. I told the manager and he told me to change rooms. My daughter and I changed rooms, however, the new room also had problems. The pressure in the bathtub was extremely low and was lukewarm. The tub was overflowing with water and the window in the bathroom was extremely dirty. The next night after arriving back to our room, the code was no longer working and my daughter and I once again had to stay outside and contact the booking manager. We waited out in the hall for 20 minutes until we were given the new code. I contacted the manager to let them know of the issues and they mentioned that I could get a discount the next time I stayed with them. This is unacceptable, and am looking for assistance with compensation. DO NOT BOOK!!!!
