The people at the front desk were not nice at all. I asked for a late checkout also and I was told that people will be checking in early for Valentine's Day and family day, but your check-in time is at 4:00. Will never stay there again or I will make sure that in my column that I write for the newspaper. I will let everyone know what your establishment is all about

Hotel staff was very pleasant. Hotel and rooms are a bit dated but comfortable enough for the one night we stayed. We had tickets for the Greg Frewin magical show and the theater is located right behind this hotel. So it was. 3 min walk. :) Proximity to Clifton Hill street and other amenities was great!
