Beautiful one story 3bd. 2.5 ba with open floor plan PLUS a separate 600 sf. pool house. Completely re furnished / decorated and new carpeting. You will love the large fenced yard (for pets too) with lush green grass. Lots of family fun with the sport pool, 2/3 petson spa on a private patio, jetted tub in master (epsom salt & bubbles) AMAZING panoramic views with sunsets to die for. Minutes from historical Auburn, wineries, breweries & restraunts. Hiking trails galore, lakes and rivers to enjoy close by. It also has wheelchair access to the main house and pool house.

This was ideal for our 3 families (with kids) to get together at a location close to our parents. All the amenities we needed: spacious; lots of sitting spots; nice pool; great views! Host Steve was very helpful and accessible. Recommend!
