The bed was not King sized and my room never got cleaned while I was there (3 nights). There was only one working elevator and the staff were rude to guests wanting to use the one elevator. Breakfast was good.

We had a very nice stay here. The room felt very clean. The person who checked us in was very welcoming (I believe she was a supervisor). The person who checked us out was not as friendly. There were good options for breakfast, and it was clean and well organized. I would stay again.
