Getting into the hotel was a little confusing because they have 2 buidings on the same street and across from eachother. Luckily, a guy who was entering into the building that I was trying to get into told me to go across the street. There was another couple who was also confused so it all worked out.
Checking in was stressful because I was on the plane when it was communicated to me that the property does not accept AMEX. Luckily my partner jumped in to save the day. I had been calling the hotel all week but they did not answer their phone.
Another nuisance was that I was not provided with my breakfast vouchers upon check in. I checked in at around 10pm so I was told I had to wake up at 7:30 am to get my vouchers.
The room was ok...it was not stocked so all we had was a fridge & we did not have a phone so I had to roam to make local calls.
Other than that it was a lovely stay. There were many food options and the beach was relatively close by. You could walk or jump on free tram to get there.
The hotel had a nice roof top pool with loungers which was nice.
We had a balcony facing the main street & the hotel had a daily free happy hour where we could get a free drink.
I would definitely return again. Overall Id rate my experience an 8/10.
