Can honestly say this hotel is one of the best hotels on the South Beach Strip. It is close to everything and safe as well. Maxena was helpful from the beginning of our stay until the end. She helped to check us in early and held our bags for us while we explored the city. Thanks for treating my family like it was yours, your hospitality and friendliness did not go unnoticed! Don't miss out on the afternoon hors d'oevres and wine/local beer sampling either. The pool was clean and if you forget your sun lotion they have a complimentary Sun Bum lotion station at the pool area. Beach is steps away from the pool. Will be staying at the Kimpton Surfcomber on our next stay in Miami! Also a great hotel to stay at if you are embarking on a cruise (as we had). Thank you to Maxena and the rest of the staff for their smiles and service!

The surfcomber is looking a little tired. No onsite gym and ice machine was out of action (both were last year as well). Room was dated - and was the only spot where we were bitten the whole holiday.

This property ended up having many issues while we were there. Power went out, restaurant flooded, terrible alarm in the middle of the night. Valet was complicated. Staff was confused at times. Rooms are pretty old. Won’t be staying there again.

Not Satisfy,the room was not what we were expecting,a big roach inside the room and at the time of getting the bill and checking it at our house $711.00 dollars were an extra charge in our bill for package rate also a fee of $335.11 were charged in our bill for resort fee . I was told that was included on my reservation

2nd time staying here Everything was great. Everyone was very hospitable. The only issue was the girl by the pool didn’t know anything. I’m not sure if it was her first day working or not, but she didn’t know where to get towels or why there were no towels or how to clear the beds off to make rooms for other people to lay by the pool here But besides that was the only issue I had great hotel great food great service
