I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, the location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. On the other, the room was a bit underwhelming for the price. This was our first time in Miami, so it’s hard to judge whether or not this hotel is appropriately priced compared to competitors, but if the location isn’t a hard enough sell for you I would look elsewhere.

Do not stay here if you are returning to the UK. The hotel takes $300 holding deposit (even though there is no restaurant, bar, shop or anything to spend a cent in!). It was pointed out that the money had been taken and it was no good bringing it back to the UK, but the hotel was not interested. It said we would have it back yesterday, but so far we have not. However, if you are staying in the US and can use the money, great hotel. Lovely room, adequate + breakfast, unlimited Prosecco 17.00-18.00. Great pool area. Hot tub was hot! Good position. We’d stay again as long as we were going on where we could use the $300.

Fantastic stay at the Bentley Hotel. Family of 4 on vacation. Breakfast a nice touch as is the complementary Prosecco on the roof top each evening. Staff very friendly and helpful. Won’t hesitate to stay again.

The hotel view by the pool was amazing! The rooms were roomy and nice! the check in host and staff were friendly and accommodating! Rinaldo was fabulous with the champagne and we appreciated Catilina who checked us in and made check out easy and accommodating!
