I have stayed at tgis hotel few times, it is perfect location in south beach, easy access to everything, recently the hotel did some renovations, and improvement. The staff ws great, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the room i stayed in was great and had partial ocean view, the hotel has variety of room options. Roof top swming pool was nice, and the beach was too minutes walk. Overall, great stay and nice hotel

We had PH1 (Penthouse 1) at the Bentley. The room was awesome. The location, just across the street from the iconic Miami Beach sign, could not have been better. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall the stay was fantastic. There are a few things that the hotel could correct. For one, at night they sprayed down the pool area on the roof. This resulted in water coming through drain holes and pouring onto our balconey as we were sitting outside. It was very annoying and we got soaked. Next, there were no utensils or plates, bowls, of any kind in the kitchen. When we used the microwave we had to improvise using box tops or paper towels. There was no sugar, salt, pepper, the kinds of things that would have been nice to have. Lastly, the air conditioning needs to be balanced, at least in PH1. The bedroom was very warm and stuffy while the remainder of the suite was cool. The hotel attemped to correct this by installing an oversized ceiling fan in the bedroom, but the lowest speed was as fast as the space shuttle and it could not be used. This really needs to be corrected. As I stated, we loved the room and will definitely return, but it's the little things that make a difference and it could have been much better if these things were given attention.
