The staff was very friendly and the hotel was quaint and located at the beginning of Ocean Drive with lots of restaurants and across from the beach. The hotel however seemed to have a lot of younger guests who tended to be louder. They also smoked marijuana in the pool area, drinking alcohol and just a bit loud. There were no real COVID precautions. On the website the hotel said each guests would be made to wear a wristband so they could prevent others from entering the hotel however this was never checked. They had a security guard onsite from 5 or 6PM overnight however he did little to nothing. Most of the time he didn't even look up when you entered. The outside entrance to the hotel was a little shoddy. At night there would often be people, not necessarily guests, hanging outside in front of the hotel smoking cigarettes and marijuana.

Dear guest, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and thank you for staying with us. While South Beach is known for it's night life and a lot of our guests visit for that specific reason, we do have strict no smoking policy on our property. We apologize we were unable to catch any other guests breaking that rule and address that situation. I can assure you that we do we take this very seriously and constantly stride to maintain this policy adhered. We would love the chance to have you stay with us again and have a 10/10 experience at the Bentley South Beach.

Before I arrived to the Hotel, I called there because I needed information about how to get to their Valet Parking. Bentley's Valet parking wasn't directly at the Hotel. The Valet services were up the street not that far from the hotel. I spoke with a Hotel hostess named Tracy Jacquet. She was so helpful and polite and helped me out with all my Valet questions. She also took care of any other questions and concerns I had referring to the hotel I needed to know. She made my stay an enjoyable one! The roof top lounging area with pool and hot tube was a plus! There is TGIF restaurant right under the hotel and that was very convenient for me. My Ocean Front view room was awesome. I had a stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and ice maker on the refrigerator. I was set up with the basic essentials I needed in the kitchen. I was able to look out of my windows in the living room and bed room to see the people walking on the strip. I received a text message in the morning asking if I needed house keeping to clean up my room and to respond back by 12noon. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel with a roof top pool and hot tub!

If you don't mind a sub par clean room, and are going to party this might be the hotel for you. If you don't want ot sleep in a room that smells like weed and had blood smears in multiple places than this is hotel is not for you.

This is an old hotel that has been remodeled. Some of the remodeling was professionally done, some, not so much. The bed mattresses are cheap and remind me of having to sleep on a futon. A rolled up sweatshirt would make a better pillow than the ones they have. The lousy bed hardly matters because you won't be able to sleep anyway. A loud noise and freezing air will wake you up each time the air conditioning clicks on. The air conditioner is actually louder than the minibar which we had to unplug to try to get some sleep.

The staff makes the difference! Mark and Britney( I believe that is her name) at the desk were very responsive to our requests. They were both helpful in suggesting area activities that were available to us at good value.
