I cancelled as when I arrived, they were not ready and the rooms they offerred me were smelly with broken equipment and very hard bed. When I said something to staff, LT guests chatting at the front desk became somewhat " challanging" about my assessments. It was very unprofessional....although the desk staff was trying to be understanding and helpful.

First room they checked us in to the ac didn’t work. They promptly gave us a new room. The ac was off when we got in the room, the ac worked, it took forever to cook the room down. There was mold on the walls, ceiling, and grout of the bath tub. The mat in the bathtub was scary underneath. ( I have several pictures) The ac filter was disgusting. When I alerted the staff over the weekend they apologized. NOTHING was done. Then when I alerted the manager on Monday at check out, I got an apology and a blank stare. Never again. I can honestly say I have never had an experience like this.

I was charged $150 “incident fee” that they said would not be charged to my card but was! When I told them it was charged and already came out of my account they said it would immediately be put back into my account upon checkout but it wasn’t. It’s been 1 week and the $150 still hasn’t been out back into my account!! Watch your money! Go somewhere else!

Staff was very nice. Room not so. Walked in and room was humid and damp. Mold growing off ceiling by bed and air unit. Then found large area of mold around surrounding baseboard of bed. Paint pealing off walls. Window was filled with knats. Not a very sanitary room.
