Fantastic location and great staff
The location was fantastic , near everything I wanted to do and see ! The property was very nice and the entire staff were awesome people. Met a lot of very nice people while I was there and would recommend this property to anyone who is in the Memphis area .

Hotel staff is rude when asked a question, refrigerator in room did not work after calling maintenance to fix which caused our dinner to spoil. It was finally replaced with another refrigerator, carpet and furniture filthy in room had to cover furniture with hotel sheets. Walls peeling in bathroom, not a pleasant stay at all.

This hotel is surprisingly dingy, especially for the price point. The "business center" is a table with two defunct computers right next to the hotel bar. The door on our bathroom was installed backwards, making it only possible to lock from the outside, and therefore it is very easy to end up trapped inside. Worst of all is that we were forced to pay $22/night for parking, when parking was listed as free in the booking.

This is overall a nice hotel. My family on the 8th floor had a nice stay. We were on the 9th floor. The hallway outside our room reeked of smoke. We had issues with the toilet flushing the entire stay. We also didn’t have a blow dryer in our room but got one.

Was just staying for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Area seems a bit sketchy at night. Make sure to get a room with a city view. The other side is very noisy as it faces the interstate with trucks and cars going by all night long. I had no problem with the noise because I brought a fan. Got checked in fine and went to dinner. Came back and found out that I didn't have a remote in the room. Went down to the lobby, didn't have any extras and severely understaffed to go check anywhere else. Couldn't get one in the morning. Got back to the room & key didn't work. Apparently my son said another family was checked into our room and came in. Good thing that didn't happen while we were gone. The next morning the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. We were on an upper floor. Might be hotter on a lower floor.

AC did not work in the first room I was provided. Once I got a new room, I had someone knocking on my door trying to get into my room stating they had been assigned my room by hotel staff in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel. I also will not be staying at this hotel again during my business travels. The room was not cleaned once in a 5 day stay.

There was literally no one at the desk or on the property to check me in when I arrived at 12AM, even after calling to let them know I'd be a late check in. Was only able to even gain access to the building / lobby when someone else happened to come up with a key. The front desk had a sign that said, "someone will be here soon" but no one showed up for over an hour.

We were passing through on our way down to New Orleans and had planned to stay in Memphis. We had a bit of senior moment when booking as we didn't realize it was the weekend of the NCAA BB tourney. So lots going on in the area. We got in later than we wanted to so we stayed in the room for the night. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. All we really wanted.
