The hotel did not properly disclose that they did not have a restaurant functioning on site or the shuttle for the airport available. These were two main reasons we stayed at this location. Also, the resort fee was astronomical! This is definitely not a resort and not worthy of a $49 resort fee. We will not return.

Place is absolutely quality affordable place to stay (manageable) off strip. The casino is small, but if you need a bed that’s clean quiet and with spectacular staff this is the spot you’re looking for. While the casino is small they do have great deals, and offers. Not much of a happening spot, but honestly that’s exactly the type of spot I want when it’s time to rest. Don’t sleep on a place you can actually sleep.

The room was spotless, went down for a quick trip, always a nice place to stay, it’s the go-to place to book, and close to the Las Vegas strip.

Room was clean. PTAC could use some work. Not very cool. Toilet and shower area are very small. Had to jockey your way around to close the toilet door. Location is great. Off the strip is the way to go. Restaurant is closed and new one is coming in. It’s supposed to be a Denny’s. Casino needs some updating.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a room with a dirty bed, which required us to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had issues — one bed was clean, but the other was not. We ended up using the clean bed. Additionally, the room was in need of maintenance. The sink drained very slowly, the carpet appeared unclean, and the walls were in need of repainting. In the bathroom, the raised tub posed a safety concern, as we had to be cautious not to injure our legs while moving around. Despite these inconveniences, I have not received a proper refund for the room. I kindly request a detailed receipt showing all charges and adjustments related to our stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Checked in Nov. 9th. by a lovely associate. Unfortunately, we left an hour later and upon returning my son and I noticed some food missing. Didn’t think much of it until I noticed my new Adidas were missing from the shelf by the door. I immediately went downstairs to tell the check-in/registration and she and security whom she called over said “sounds like someone went into a room again”. Ummm, they didn’t surprised and I got a gut feeling this happens regularly. Security claims they saw nothing. Manager of course was not there. Several hours later I still have not received an update. I ask for the manager and I’m told she will be in at 9 am tomorrow. I’m waiting at 9 am to then be told she will now arrive at 11 am. She tells me that she is not allowed to see the cameras and that no one went into my room. Ironically, the day I tell them of the incident all of a sudden there is more security measures in place including now requiring to scan your room card to enter the hallway and more security officers on the gaming floor. The day we checked out and I spoke to the manager, security was walking up and down the hallway and a housekeeper appeared out of nowhere to knock on the door directly across from us announcing her entering the room and kept looking back at us while we had our door open to leave. Everything seemed so forced. I did not feel safe during our stay. No appology, no gaming credit or a partial refund. This place is HORRIBLE!

One set of shampoo and conditioner for 4 ppl on a two night stay? Old smell of carpet. Fire alarm went off at 2am and it was a false alarm. I think, that when your are paying more than $200 per night, you should expect more. Thank you

One of my worst experience in any hotel so far the reception is so rude. He’s name is Farnelo Or something like that he made to have me welcomed in the worst way possible and I tried to tell him take it easy and he say this is me doing the best I wish I can give below one star which is zero but is not available. Avoid this hotel at any cost. There is very otter, but Scent in the hotel even they have machines but dispensing so much chemical the facility is stingy. I was getting suffocated every minute. I spent it in this hotel. The room is also smells like smoke not enough towels no one to help.

We went to this hotel and checked in pretty late 130 am we were so tired from our flight and wantwd to rest for a bit before having to check out well it dosnt work out that way the people in the room next to us were really loud and had a dog barking and whining for over an hour at around 5 or 6 am. We ended up habing to eale ip bevause of all the noise so decided to go and shower well we found it was filthy containing hairs all over the floor of the shower. We were very u comfortable and was told nothing could be done until the manager came in and that was right before check out around 9 or 10 am. The dog was whining all the way up until we checked out of the room.
