The staff members were wonderful. Having said that, I was not aware that this place was (or is, I couldn’t tell) a timeshare. There is no restaurant, no bar, and the hotel shop that has a Starbucks sign outside the entrance has no relationship to Starbucks that I can see. Given all that, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen setup had a full-size coffee pot. All pluses.

First room had a strong burnt smell. Had to request a room swap as it was not offered. Final room had a TV that was not working, bathroom sink did not drain well, and tub was peeling. General cleanliness was good and staff was friendly. Hotel location was ideal for us…a short walk to the strip but quiet and very safe feeling.

The room was clean and large. The gym was fantastic. There was plenty of parking in the parking lot next to the hotel even if the valet was full. I liked how close this hotel was to everything without being in the middle of the craziness of bigger hotels with casinos inside.

I went this past weekend with 5 of my friends. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The gym was really nice and the pool was cool as well. Service was nice and easy. In terms of location it’s was perfect if your planning on walking the strip.
