my stay with this hotel was great. The only thing that I did not like that was that my car got vandalized. It looked like somebody was trying to rob my motor for my car. I did ask the front desk. They told me that they apologized and to move my car, but I would just say to be careful parking your car in this hotel due to the homeless around the area there is camera security, but I just wish there was a security outside watching the cars.

Awesome hotel to stay at

I will give this hotel an A+++++++ because of the cleanliness and the awesome customer service. The only down fall was paying for parking and the elevator. Everything else was awesome. Awesome breakfast in the morning was a plus also.

Comfy Stay-over!!

Our stay was very comfortable. We loved the hot breakfast and the variety of foods. The pool was the right temperature for outside. The beds were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night but we would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast area was spacious, a nice food selection, and plenty of coffee. Parking was simple, safe, and inexpensive. A quick Uber ride to fun places and good dining choices. A repeat!!!

First off, we ask the staff to only enter the room for cleaning upon request and cleaning was done without request and we were not there. I find this to be an invasion of my privacy as there were personal items and valuable items left out. Also, each morning someone from housekeeping knocked on the door waking me. One night there was a fire alarm that went off. We evacuated and all was clear. Then every 20 minutes it would go off again for a short time and stop from 2am on. The fact that there are no restaurants or gaming facilities within walking distance and no shuttle available is ridiculous. This in turn caused us to spend a significant amount of money on travel to shows, food, and gaming. Reducing our overall experience. Due to budget allowance. There were advertisements for hot food like pretzels and pizza but no one to make them. The breakfast was so congested that I was unable to grab something or sit down and eeat.Overall experience at your facility was poor at best. I would not recommend anyone stay at this facility if they are wanting to experience Las Vegas. Lastly, upon checking out I voiced my concerns to the front desk attendant who offered nothing more than nodding his head without even an apology as if he hears this all the time. Thank you for the inconvenience affecting our experience in Las Vegas as the additional costs of transportation took away from us being able to do additional unique events that are only in Las Vegas.

This is mostly a good property. However, they charge a fee for parking, which I had not expected. Even though, not really the property's fault, another customer hit my car with their door--a bit of insult to injury there. That was really the only con. Had I expected the extra fee, I would have given the property all five stars. However, it's a big company. The need to nickel and dime customers seems unnecessary.
