Do note that pools may have limited capacity and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Availability is also subject to change pending on weather and safety policies.

⚠️ NON-SMOKING RESORT - Smoking of any kind, including Cannabis, is not permitted within the property. We kindly request that guests who wish to smoke do so in the designated smoking areas outside. Failure to comply may result in a minimum charge of $500.

⚠️ SECURITY DEPOSIT - The Signature MGM requires a Security Deposit of $100 per day (maximum $300) required at the Front Desk check-in. The deposit will be released upon checkout if no damage is found.
