I stayed here twice. The second time will be my last. Staff are super nice. Helpful. Toilet seat kept moving, I asked maintenance to tighten the bolts (tried to do it myself but I couldn’t). They sent maintenance and got the job done. Had a roach in my room. Just one but ew! Vacuuming is not enough. Can see dirt and hair and other things near edges and under the beds. Please clean thoroughly.

You get what you pay for
My biggest concern was that all doors are accessible even without a room key even if the signs said “no access without room key.” Front desk were very nice and professional Continental breakfast was ok. Pancake batter was watered down, room had only one towel and no conditioner (obviously an easy fix by calling the front desk but it should have already been in there.) Fridge wasn’t working in our room. Fitness center is very limited to only cardio. We parked closer to the lobby as there were vehicles nearby with people acting weird. For lack of better words, crackheads near by and sleeping in their cars (probably because extended stay hotel was next to this hotel.) I only stayed here as it was close by to where I needed to be and it was also pet friendly. Nonetheless, it was an okay stay but unfortunately won’t be staying here again
Stains or burnt carpet? Just not a welcoming entrance into the room.
