"Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel’s location is ideal, especially if you want to be close to the subway, restaurants, and theatres. So much to do in the area! The room was super clean and got tidied up every day. Staff were helpful, and the grab-and-go breakfast was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend!"

"The Park view and convivence of the location to transportation and local amenities was wonderful. I always enjoy the Park Lane. The only hiccup was 3 of the 7 elevators were out. Made for a messy exit. Staff was wonderful though it all, many guest were annoyed and annoying. Laughed our way though it and made it to the airport on time. "

The hotel's proximity to Broadway shows, subway stations, and Times Square is unparalleled, with walking times of 5 minutes to shows and 10 minutes to subway stations. The lobby exudes sophistication, the staff is exceptional, and my room, although compact as expected, was immaculate. Situated on the 11th floor near the elevator, the room was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping staff, particularly Housekeeper Long, provided outstanding guest service. A convenient water and ice station is located on the 4th floor, which I utilized daily "
