"The staff are very helpful and friendly at the front desk. I did have to wait over a hour to get towels. The breakfast was ok, only thing was don’t expect to have cold orange juice… you have to add ice . It takes awhile for the elevator as well because the hotel only has two elevators . Besides those minor things it’s fine. The location is good by the subway and Times Square, There are alot of restaurants and you are close (walking distance) to broadway shows. I would stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The rooms were very spacious and the location was amazing! The staff was very helpful with extra pillows and blankets. The only downside for us was that the air-conditioning was a little inconsistent (but it kept us plenty cool at night), and there was no washer and dryer available for guests or even on site laundry. Other than those two things, we loved our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central and will definitely stay again!"
