The hotel is located in a great location convenient to many attractions and transportation options in the city. The staff are polite, efficient and friendly. The accommodations are clean, modern and quiet. Although the hotel restaurant is closed, there is no shortage nearby of where you can find a place for food or drink. I do recommend if you are driving a vehicle, check in at the front desk to confirm the correct parking garage to park in because despite what you read on the websites, it is not the one across the street that they contract with. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. We walked to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and our Broadway show without any trouble. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well. I traveled with my mom so I was a little worried about walking back to the hotel at night, but it was completely safe. 8th Ave is a busy street so you can walk this at night after your Broadway show without feeling nervous. The room is slightly bigger than many NYC hotel rooms and we had 2 full-sized beds in the room. In addition, the room was extremely clean and very quiet. We asked "tourist-type" questions at the front desk and everyone working was very helpful and kind. House keeping stopped us on our way out in the morning to see if we needed more coffee, towels, etc. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

The property was conveniently located but one night there was a homeless person sleeping right in front of the door. I didn't feel safe walking alone. The first room we were given was not acceptable. The sink wouldn't drain and the window blinds had a missing panel. Light was coming in the room all night. After complaining we were moved to a much better room

Everything was nice and clean. We had the balcony room and there was a table outside so it was nice to have coffee and relax outside.

It would have been great if they had complimentary coffee especially since breakfast didn’t exist. But otherwise it was a beautiful and clean hotel
