I loved how it was right near the bus station and near food places that we loved eating at. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s going to NY.

Liked the gentleman that checked us in his humor was great! He filled us in on Manhattanhenge! Which we went out and took pictures of! Gorgeous!

When checking in, the balcony room we had paid for was not available. We were not told, but had to go back to the front desk after seeing we had a room without a balcony. First two nights we had to stay in that room, last three we were transferred to a room with a balcony. Was told they couldn’t reimburse us any money as we booked through Travelocity, they did offer us free breakfast for one day. Otherwise service was good.
