The lobby and elevators were a tad congested, but the staff were incredibly helpful to navigate it. Everything was wonderful and comfortable. The only thing I could find to criticize, the towels were a tad rough.

I paid for a room with a bath and a king bed and they didn't give it to me. overpaid . I came away even before!

Close to time square but also far enough away Great deli on the corner. Great Irish bar on the same street. Overall good experience stay.

They charged my credit card for the room. It was already prepaid through Travelocity. Then, during my stay, they told me 2x that it was fixed and I wouldn't be charged. I was charged anyway. Elevators don't work. Staff is incompetent. Room thermostat has a mind of its own. Maid leaves 3 decaf coffiees--no regular. Lobby is cold. Rooms not ready and require hours of waiting in lobby.

We arrived at the hotel early at noon, they did store our bags for us and told us to stop back at 3pm and room would be ready. At 3 pm room was not ready and they stated to stop back later. WE returned to hotel approximately 6pm to find a line out the door of the hotel with people waiting to check in. After an hour of standing in line it took over 30 minutes to check in and the desk attendant keep asking us about third party confirmation booking?? Of the 4 elevators in the hotel, only 2 were in service which created a huge mess both in the lobby and on the floors having been placed on the 14 floor.(pictures taken) The attendant's on the floor did not speak any english and refused to not only clean the room as requested but also refused our request for extra linen and supplies to which we had to talk to the front desk to request. Upon returning for the night the hallways were completely crowded with bins of dirty laundry and trash (pictures taken) The free!! breakfast in the morning made the streets of NYC look clean compared to the front lobby of the hotel that was covered in trash from the breakfast crowd. The first 2 night the bar was closed unable to order a drink or food. On the third night we did witness people ordering food only and we did learn at this time that the hotel did not has a liquor license and had only been OPEN 2 weeks. A member of the staff stated that they where very badly under staffed in all positions of the hotel.
