Unbelievably terrible experience with the hotel. The staff and housing keeping are hard to deal with. House keeping no one speaks english. Our room never had the basic toiletries and we always had to ask for it and was told that they ran out of it. We stayed there for three nights. Breakfast is the only thing thats good. Hotel staff never answers the phone and their mailbox is always full. They never gave me the bill at checkout and was told that they would email it. A couple days after I got the receipt and was charged extra on my CC. Cant get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Been trying for two days.

The only issue I had was the elevators. I was on the 10th floor and by the time the elevator arrived they were always full. Be prepared to wait. There only 4 elevators.

Abby and Niesa were both very helpful and attentive staff for check-in and check-out. We wanted housekeeping to clean up and left our room ready for it but undortunately no one came. Regardless of that, the hotel was very nice and well-maintained.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was clean, and convenient, very close to times square. The breakfast was good, the only downfall was that in the morning its nearly impossible to get the elevator, waited almost 30 minutes one day and opted for taking the 10 flights of stairs instead, so be prepared to wait extended periods of time or take the stairs, the rooms were also very small, very much new yorkish.
