The hotel staff was helpful from beginning to end. I will only write one example since it is the one that remained after my first experience in New York. During my first day, a pigeon had relieved itself on my hoodie. I asked one of the female staff members about what the hotel would charge to clean my hoodie. Instead, she recommended a laundromat that was across the street. She not only saved me time but she saved me money. On top of all of that, she answered all my questions regarding what to expect throughout the week since it was the week leading up to the New York City Marathon.

Front desk staff unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Sewage smell in the lobby made me want to puke, and I asked security if that was the normal smell, and security didn't speak English. Paid over $300 per night, location too far west to be that expensive, lobby is nasty, accommodations barely passable. Had to call up to get the toilet fixed as soon as we got there. Disappointed in Hyatt for this place.

Hotel is in a great location near Times Square and Penn Station. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them (without exception!). The hotel itself was super busy with guests but the staff seamlessly kept everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. Our room was perfect and very quiet despite all the hustle and bustle in the lobby. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Highly recommend this Hyatt Place and we’ll be back!

Staff was nice , but when asked how far something was didn’t no , they won’t call cab for you so I had figure that out myself witch if you download app for taxi service (Curb) was easy use an new cost before ever get in cab , back hotel was excellent clean ,room was small we made it work .breakfast was good did get busy at time ,elevator only 4 they took time get up down not to bad overall was great place stay
