The room was large but the bathroom extremely small, even by NYC standards. I'm 5'4" and a size medium and I don't think the shower stall would be comfortable for anyone larger. Also had to call the front desk to get a hair dryer, which added an unnecessary delay to my morning. Staff was responsive and polite throughout stay.

The payment system was down for about an hour from time arrived. We went got something to eat then came back and it was back online so could give us room key. First room heat wasn't working, they moved us to another room within hour of complaint. Staff were nice and helpful through everything. Made the stay enjoyable

Good hotel with nice location. Typical continental breakfast with extensive choices. Very busy and always a wait for the elevator, but it was expected because of the long weekend. Small rooms, but spacious enough for short stays.

Room was spacious enough for 2 adults & 3 tweens. The room was updated and all the common areas were clean, all the staff were so kind. It was a bit crowded in the lobby at times but the staff were always smiling and offering their assistance.
