"The hotel’s location was excellent, which was definitely a positive aspect of my stay. However, I was disappointed with several things. The room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave, which made my stay less convenient. The bathroom shower was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. The breakfast was another disappointment. There were very few options available, and guests were limited to choosing only one item. This was not what I expected based on the information provided when I booked the hotel. What disappointed me the most was the additional fee of $46 per day charged by the hotel. This fee was not clearly disclosed during the reservation process, and I felt surprised by this extra cost upon arrival. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially considering the additional charges and the lack of basic amenities"

"The location is excellent, close to everything, but you can hear street noise in the rooms. The grab-and-go breakfast only has three boring options. Also, the shower area doesn't have a door, and the bathroom floods every time it's used. You have to use the towels to dry the floor."

"Our room was not clean upon arrival. Our sheets were dirty and there was mold in the ceiling in my shower. I was disappointed to say the least. The staff provided vouchers for breakfast one morning and I felt that more of a discount would have been appropriate. I am a Bonvoy member and didn’t find the stay the most pleasant. We spent a lot of time out of the room purposely."
