Have a refreshing & easy stay at this unique & tranquil getaway in Kansas City. This is a gorgeous historical home with charm & splashes of modern decor with tons of space for any type of gathering.

There is a ping pong table, corn hole, board games, 2 living rooms, a spacious King bedroom that has the whole upper floor & private bathroom, filtered water for drinking, brand new appliances, plants throughout the entire home, & a kitchen with all the cooking supplies you may need. Including a coffee and tea machine with complimentary coffee/variety of teas. 4 TV’s throughout the house that have Netflix, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Starz & YouTube. The bathrooms have toiletries available, if needed, as well as shampoo & body wash. In the backyard, there is a fireplace and a separate seating area with a large chiminea.

Quiet Hours outside begin at 9:30p.m.

There are 3 total bathrooms, one on each floor and two showers in the middle floor.

Mice!

The owner knew he had a mouse problem. He was *trying* to get rid of them. Clearly, he has been unsuccessful. He gave me a 50% refund on our stay. The neighborhood has a lot of potential but there were boarded up houses nearby. Not sure I could recommend this as a good place to stay.

Great weekend

I stayed at this property with my daughter and her bridesmaids. We loved all the bedrooms which gave us all plenty of room to get ready to go to our event. Clean and spacious!!!
