Our bottom level townhouse is fully equipped with a television in every room, high speed internet, and security system. Sleep arrangements are as follows: 2Queens beds, 1 FULL sleeper/sofa, 1 Twin sleeper/sofa. Come have a ball and go to a local game, visit family, or host a sports game night with us!

Quiet Area Close to Everything

We had a great time in Houston going to the zoo, aquarium, museums and Space Center with our kids for our oldest's birthday. They LOVED staying here (both are big sports fans) and they thought the "special couch beds" in the room we shared were fantastic. The condo was clean, the area was quiet, but it was close to everything we were doing. Will definitely try to stay here again when we take the kids to a baseball game in the future!

Super cute!

Cute place with close proximity to many places! We attended a Billy Joel concert at Minute Maid Park so being so close was definitely a plus! Communication was excellent and they made sure that all of our needs were met! There is a cute cat family that roams the property outside so that was an added bonus for our cat loving family! 😁 I would stay here again!

Long Weekend Stay

The property unit was just right in size and location. My son and I attended two Astros baseball games and a Rice University football game over the long weekend. Also a trip to Kemah was taken in. The neighborhood is in transition so a few unsavory locations and rough patches, but over all acceptable. All of our activities took us out of the neighborhood so only spent late evenings and mornings at the unit. A nice touch with each unit having a cat to welcome us upon our returns. Our stay was quiet. All four units were occupied during the weekend and didn't hear anything from the neighbors. Also, limited noises from neighboring homes as well. I'd stay here again. Houston getaway

We enjoyed a long weekend getaway to watch the Astros and found this house on VRBO and had to try it out. We were not disappointed at all!! The decor, and overall vibe of the house is just fun! The location is great as we were close (5-7 min uber ride) to several restaurants, bars and hangout spots. The house is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone going to Houston, Sports fan or not! The location is perfect

Fun, sporty, and cute !

Stayed here for the weekend because I had concert tickets. It was very close to Minute Maid Park and the aquarium. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The AC worked great( a must for us ) also nice and comfy beds.

Great location and amaizing house.

We wanted to have a nice girls weekend get away, and this house was perfect for us. As it was just girls we wanted to feel safe and with in distance to everything and this house checked all those things. It is close to nice bars, restaurants, stores and in a really nice and quiet area. Jessica and Fred made all the process so easy and were available for any concerns. Everything about this rental was just perfect and we see ourselves returning for our next trip. Thank you for hosting us for an amazing trip .

Convenient Location!!

Truly a charming quadruplex rental! It was absolutely PERFECT for my daughter and I ( + two dogs) Owner was very communicative and welcoming!!! Location being only 1.4miles from the convention center was an easy drive. Quiet neighbors was a plus.
