This was a very new property that was excellent, however, when I reserve an accessible room with 2 queen beds and a roll in shower, I honestly expect to receive that request!! Not an accessible room and bathroom with a TUB!!! What are the hotel exec thinking?? Just because we ask for it - it doesn't necessarily mean we need it??? Just because you offer 5 handrails in the bathroom that should accommodate all handicap renters?? I NEEDED A ROLL IN SHOWER!! I BOOKED A HANDICAP ROOM WITH A ROLL IN SHOWER!! AND GOT A TUB WITH 5 HANDRAILS. ARGH!! I Swear - Just because you have 36 in. wide doorways and a pull up sink, that doesn't mean that all my needs have been met. I booked a roll in shower - and NO excuses were given as to a tub being in that bathroom, and NO other accommodations were available. How in the world can I tell when I book a room online whether it TRULY has a roll in shower, or if it is just a fantasy? I had to work 3 days to make enough to pay for that room!! I agonized for 1 month over booking it, decided on your hotel even though it was 15 minutes further away from my destination, and my daughter's needs were not met. I hate giving bad reviews, but this isn't the first time this has happened. I did choose Hampton's Inn because they have been very accommodating in the past. But this time I needed 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed. And apparently they don't make those with roll in showers. WHY NOT?? Please fix this!!! Worldwide!!
