Could not stay because no one ever responded took our money and didn’t give us keys nothing

This rental is a scam and I’m still trying to get money back with our credit card company. No one has ever responded to my issue with this. They took our money and no one ever responded to get us into the building. We had to find other accommodations. It was terrible.
