Beds and pillows are comfortable. Two types of pillows are provided, med and firm (beads). Bathroom includes single-use toothbrush/toothpaste packs, hairbrush, razor, bath towel, shower cap, hair band and makeup cotton pads. In our room, the toilet with a small sink was separate from the main showering area. Slippers and pj's provided. Large sizes available. Ample laundry machines available but it takes a long time to dry. 300-600 yen per wash (includes drying). Laundry room is a lounge with 2 microwave ovens and drink machines. Bottled water proved daily in your room. Phone charger available in the room as well with many optional ports. Drawer space is limited so we put some clothes on the window sill. Not an issue though! Staff are incredible! So helpful and kind! Checkin and checkout was a breeze!"
