STUDIO
Cozy private studio for 2, with screened lanai with dining area and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this studio is the perfect relaxing vacation for couples. Historic Downtown Fort Myers is just about 10 min away. You can also easily access several popular beaches and state parks: Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Lovers Key State Park, or Captiva Beach.
Free Wi-Fi and Amazon Prime Movies with access to thousands of Movies and TV shows. All floors are hygienic and laid out with wooden floors and tiles in the bathroom.
You have access to your private lanai from your full glass door, equipped with a wooden dining table and chairs. Cushions for those chairs are inside your closet. The lanai is completely screened. So you are able to eat and relax outside and enjoy the fresh air without any bugs or mosquitoes.
For your beach visits we provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.
Together with the arrival guide you will receive a detailed house guide. Arrival and departure days can be any day as long as it shows open at the availability calendar. The earliest check-in time can be 3:30 p.m. and latest check-out time 11:00 a.m. It is no problem to check-in late at night because we will supply you with a code for the entry door. You will have available free parking for your car in the driveway, in front of the building.

KITCHENETTE
The studio is equipped with kitchenette items, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and silverware, and dishes for 2 adults, not a kitchen.
We provide a starter kit of dish soap and kitchen towels.

BEDDING
The rental is equipped with a queen-size mattress. All linens are supplied. We use a mix of American and European styles of linens and bedding. The room has a small built-in closet for your clothes and luggage.

BATH
The bath comes with a shower, toilet, and a separate vanity.
We supply a hair dryer, two large shower towels and two hand towels per guest, and a start supply of toilet paper and hand soap. No beach towels or wash clothes are provided. If you need more, you are always welcome to ask.

AIR-CONDITION
The studio is connected to the house's air conditioner. It also has a heating function. In addition, the studio is equipped with a large ceiling fan.

TV
The studio comes with a Flat-Screen-TV and Roku with Amazon Prime Movies.
Amazon Prime Movies is included with access to thousands of Movies and TV shows. Roku also comes with live news channels and with a large amount of additional programming. You also can bring your own DVDs or connect your own device to the TV to watch additional other TV and Movie content. We no longer have the old-fashioned cable, antenna or sat TV since the Roku and Amazon Prime movies have plenty of content to watch.

FREE WiFi
If you like to be online with your own devices, such as your laptop, iPad or Smartphone you can use my free and unlimited WiFi internet.

You can also easily access several popular beaches and state parks: Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Lovers Key State Park, Captiva Beach or the very close by Yacht Club Community Park with a wide range of facilities, including the public beach, fishing pier, and community pool.
• For shopping, you can reach within a 30min drive the Sanibel Outlet Shopping Center or the larger Miromar Outlet Center with many of the popular brands.
• Restaurants. You have the choice between the tropical, laid-back fish houses in Matlacha with tasty food, live music, and the best spots for waterfront dining, or exquisite dining in the near Historic Downtown Fort Myers District or the many excellent restaurants in Cape Coral. Or have stop by at the scenic harbor district with many fine restaurants and bars.
Within a 5 to 10 min drive, you also have a wide selection of famous restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Chilies, Olive Garden, and many more, as well as many grocery stores like Publix, ALDI, and Walmart.
