Traveling with children? We have a safety fence we can setup around the pool so you can have some peace of mind while the kids play outside. There is also a pack'n play, a highchair, and children dinnerware.

Pet friendly - only dogs under 50lbs allowed. $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

Parking only allowed on driveway. No street parking per city ordinances.

Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM - Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. We use noise monitoring equipment, a privacy compliant device that measures volume levels in the dining area and the back yard to report excessive nuisance noise. To reassure your privacy there are no device inside the house that could listen or record any words, noises or activities.

Pool Heating Schedule: Please note that the pool is heated from November through the end of May and will be turned off during the summer.

Perfect family venue

This was the perfect venue for my adult children and young grandchildren to converge on from various parts of the country for Easter. The host was always in communication and answered all questions almost instantly. We felt welcomed and accommodated. It was especially nice having a high chair and playpens available traveling with young children. Thank you for a great family trip.

Great stay

We rented this house for two weeks over the spring break, hosting our children and their children. It was the perfect house for our group! A priority for us was the pool, which did not disappoint. It was well-maintained, heated, and included plenty of pool toys to keep the kiddos entertained. The backyard had more than enough patio space and seating to spread out and enjoy the sun or the shade, under the pergola or patio umbrella. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with enough silverware, plates, pots, etc. There was always enough of everything for our large crew. The living room and bedrooms were comfortably furnished and we appreciated the washer and dryer.Overall, the house and property were very well maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet yet conveniently situated – close to grocery stores, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Most importantly, we appreciated the lightning speed response to our questions from the property manager. We would highly recommend Beach House 51.

Wonderful Winter Break

We booked the house for a month to escape the cold NE winter, at least for a bit. The house was certainly well suited, as it was a nice and quiet neighborhood, and easy access to nearly everything. The house was well furnished and comfortable, and the grounds were well maintained. I would book tbis place again.

5 Star Beach House

Amazing location, close to restaurants, shops and beaches. Great host willing to help in any needs. We were in 9 people including adults, kid and teenagers we all had a blast. This house is full equipped with everything you need for staying comfortably, to cook and to go to the beach, chairs, coolers and more. The backyard is awesome we had a couple of bbq here.

Great vacation home

We were very pleased with our stay here! It was clean and just as described. The owner really thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool floats, etc. The backyard and pool were amazing. Cute neighborhood to take walks in and so many stores and restaurants close by. Also very quick responses from the owner. I would highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Amazing House!

Four couples selected this house for a long weekend to see our kids play college sports. The house smelled so clean upon entry! It continued to be a phenomenal pick with the location, furnishing/decor and the amazing outdoors to enjoy. We would definitely pick this house and the location again! Family friendly getaway!

This house is located in a well-kept neighbourhood near many grocery stores and restaurants. It was very clean and had modern amenities. The host was very accommodating with early check-in and provided us with necessities for travelling with 3 kids such as high chairs and pack & plays. They also installed a removable child gate around the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed and even had plates, cutlery, and cups for the kids. Would highly recommend this household.

Perfect!

This house was perfect! We were a group of 7 adults attending my brothers wedding. The Neighborhood is quiet and charming and so conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The beach was a short 10 minute ride and the house was stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella…the hosts thought of everything! The 4 bedrooms are so spacious, the layout of the living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect. The backyard is private, so comfortable, super clean and the pool is fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property…we will be back for sure!
