"HUGE cockaroach/water bug came out of the drain while I was showering within 30minutes of check in. Was not offered a new room, I had to ask and was only offered a room that was directly connected to the room I was staying in...didn't make sense to me. If the bugs are in the building then moving to another room in the same building does nothing. Front desk apparently never logged the incident. Day 2 I received a text asking about my stay and again reported the issue. This time was offered to downgrade. Not an option. This was a special anniversary trip. Lobby ran out of coffee by 8:30, had it advertised until 9am. Inquired and was told it would be refilled twice, but no one ever came. Ended up having to pay for a cup of coffee at the café. Not enough staff at the restaurant. Definitely order breakfast off the menu, not the continental breakfast, food kept running out."

"Clean and accessible pools with towel service. Poolside drinks and food after 11. DJ on Friday and Saturday afternoons. Some amenities like spa, gift shop and bicycles close at 6 though. Had a very pleasant stay. Would go again"

"The folks were very nice, spacious, and smelled very pleasantly! The lobby is beautiful and easy to follow. The restaurant was very nice, I saw many pictures on social media and seeing it in person was crazy cool! The pools tho I wish were bigger, kinda small for a biggggg hotel! Overall, the stay was super duper great, would recommend"
