This hotel seems to always be under construction, though the pictures don’t show it. The hot tub was off at 7p, many of the plants are dead, the hotel gym has been moved into a hotel room, and the room was freezing with a faulty thermostat. Hopefully the construction brings this place back to the form in the pictures.

The room was spotless. Beds are great too! Remodeling of lobby was in progress but no problems with check in or check out. PLUS Jeff at check out treated us with a driverless car to the airport! What an experience!!!

Renovations going on, so a lot of redirecting all over the resort, (nothing you can do about that) they not have room available when we got there, were sold out for the night.. Finally got to into our room, they hastily made up a dirty one and you could tell they just threw it together. Shower was dirty..was not what it used to be. Wont be coming back.

Room was literally falling apart. We had a piece of wood fall off the vanity right after we got in the room. There was no hand soap either. I thought I was in the Soviet Union based on the shoddy building quality of the room. Staff very friendly.
