"The breakfast was not good at all. A huge bummer since that’s why we booked it. The pool consistently had hair balls all over the floor, it was clear they didn’t clean in there and there was never towels stocked. There was a French fry on the floor in the hall the entirety of my 4 day stay. The cleanliness in the rooms was not the greatest either, very dusty and just overall not clean. The tv in our room didn’t worth either, and the top drawer of the dresser didn’t stay closed, it was open in the walkway the whole time which is just kind of inconvenient but annoying they choose not to fix it."

"There was no food in the small market, only drinks and maybe 3 packages of small salads. The complementary water containers were empty, they don't give you complimentary water in the room like other hotels and they charge you to hold your luggage!"

"The hotel is in a nice, quiet location with short drives to get to the major attractions. However, the hotel could use some updates. It was hard to catch someone at the front desk outside of morning hours. There was an ice machine not working, a coffee machine not working, pancake machine at breakfast not working. Nothing too major but annoying when you’re counting on using those things. The employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful."

"The staff was EXCELLENT!!! The hotel steps and hallways were very, very filthy. I was there with my family who were in various rooms of the hotel and during 4 day stay hallways and steps were never vacuumed. I actually through a piece of candy wrapper that had been on the floor for day's, into a guest room that was being cleaned, and it got tossed back out into the hallway later that day. Very sad. Otherwise, breakfast was good as well as airport shuttle."
