Room smells horribly of marijuana, the Jacuzzi is disgusting and the TV doesn't work. Talked to staff, was told there was nothing they could do for us. Told us to talk to the manager in the morning. Horrible service.

great hotel when visiting buffalo. room was simple but clean. beds were very comfortable. staff was polite. breakfast was ok but you cant expect gourmet at a hotel- it was a very convenient option. the airport shuttle was also very convenient. i would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and convenient but staff was a little rude (especially the shuttle guy) and the common areas near the lobby looked pretty beat up. Everything in the room itself was perfectly clean and functional though, including one of the most comfortable beds I've ever seen in a hotel. The free breakfast was great too. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There was mold on the washroom ceiling, mold in the windows. Me and two other friends rented a suite for 1 night. There were stains on the office chair and stains on one of the bed sheets. I told customer service when I checked out and she didn’t do anything about it, not even an apology. She asked if I called the front desk, I did not. We didn’t notice these issues until we returned at 11pm and I was told that suites were sold out when I called the morning of the 24th, so I figured we would not be able to get another room with 3 beds. Breakfast was fine and all appliances were working but when I’m renting a hotel room I would expect that it would be mold-free before our stay. I have contacted management, and I’m awaiting a response.
