" Sue' the woman that runs the breakfast area is wonderful! The foods great, plenty of it and the area is kept spotless.Sue is everybodies friend,thoughtful and kind! The breakfast service and food are excellent. The dining room staff are friendly ,kind and do a great job. Check in folks are efficient and helpful ,gave me an amazing local restaurant recommendation . The rooms are comfortable. The shuttle service and driver very good. Id come back here again!

We liked the ability to have park and fly with the shuttle to the airport. They also opened the hotel breakfast at 4:30am so the early morning flyers don't miss eating. Kudos to them!!!

Great place to stay especially with family!

Although the hotel is right across the airport, the noise is very minimal and tolerable. The room is very spacious and bathroom as well. But needs more attention to detail in cleaning like AC has pieces of sausage patty in the ac vent. The down comforter layer has no duvet cover so stains are showing that looks like dirt streaks. There’s a flat sheet blanket underneath which is clean. There’s only 1 trash small bin in the room but none in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly! Free breakfast with good selection of food! Lots of parking. Close to many restaurants, shops, gas station, grocery store. Walden Mall is 10mins away and great mall. Many places to see and short distance drive. Will recommend and will come back to stay when in Buffalo!

It has all what is needed to make you feel comfortable. We have two issues in the room, but they were solved promptly. The breakfast was very good. Without any doubt, I will choose it when I come back to Buffalo
