They gave us a room that someone was currently occupying. when we went to check out and asked for a receipt it wasn’t my card but name was on it. No vending machines and their vending was empty.

The room wasn’t clean when we first got there to check in the lady was weird saying all kind of crap to us the place is not the same. We used to go there back in the days all the time. when we go out there if you’re staying there and with kids you better off somewhere else

The worse experience that I ever had in a hotel. I walked in a room, to see left over garbage in the draws and the room was extremely dusty. The lady at the front desk was accommodating and gave me a key to another room. I go in that room and it was leftover dirry sheets in the closet and twice as dusty as the first room. The third room was much cleaner but had stains on the sheets. I had a long day and I'm not familiar with the area, so I was not up to looking for another place to stay. So, the fourth room was better then the previous three. They didn't have a housekeeper nor maintenance man available to take care of anything. I was asked if i want new sheets on the bed, they could provide that but I would have to remove and make the bed up myself. REALLY Just Terrible

We booked this hotel for the weekend specifically because it had a pool. When we got there, the pool was out of order. It would have been nice if that info was available when booking. We did end up getting our 2nd night cancelled and refunded. The pillows were like sleeping on a bag of flour. The bed was very comfortable though.

When we checked in the lady at the desk checking us in was not friendly at all. When we went to our room the door was wide open and the beds were not even made and the pillows are the worst I have ever seen before.. the bed not so comfortable.

We got here and they told us there was no wifi and the pool was shut down. My kids were crushed and said, “this place is a dump!” The door was jarred open when we arrived and there wasn’t a single towel or wash cloth in the room. No tissues in the holder and everything looks dirty. I got robbed renting this room!

Don’t do it
The pool was closed, so don’t book this hotel thinking it will be open, come to find out it’s been closed since 2022. The hotel itself is grungy and needs a good scrub down. The front desk staff is less than helpful (given they probably are tired of the same questions and the same managerial given answers) they had house keepers (though she was the best thing about our stay with her pleasant demeanor and smile) come get towels because they didn’t have enough for their guests. All in all save your money and put it towards a better hotel! I’ve never had an issue with this chain, and I’m sure the corporate would be ashamed.

Check your bedding upon arrival. There was hair all over the pillows and sheets. Called front desk they promptly changed my room without hesitation. The second room was very clean. Overall a good experience. Breakfast was decent. Your choice of -Bananas, cereal, juice, eggs, sausage, bagels, or make your own waffles. We would definitely recommend for the price. Location wasn't so bad 15 mins from downtown. A Tim Hortons next door. A liquor store also next door.

Nicer updated rooms, breakfast was alright, shower floor was a little gross looking but clean, bathroom fan was loud but worked well, didn’t like having to pay full price for a room on an almost empty hotel where the ice machine on our floor was out of order as well as the pool,that’s only complaint
