We had issues with the beds being too high and difficult to get into. We had to fold towels to make a little step up for my mother to be able to get in. We were told we could be moved to a handicapped room and pay for another room, but still not sure if the bed was lower. Unfortunately, they told us the handicapped rooms only have a king size bed and there were 3 of us. You certainly would think you could have a handicapped room with 2 beds in it.

I walked in the door w/a terrible nosebleed. Antwan was the receptionist. He got me quickly to a chair, grabbed a handful of napkins, upgraded to a box of tissues. He was kind, thoughtful, and very present in the moment. He rapidly got us checked in. He made me feel very comfortable, he honestly cared. Re: the room, there is a quarter round between the sleeping and bathroom areas. It is a tripping hazard. There should be something flat in that space matching up the two different floorings. Other than that, everything was great. The beds and pillows were so comfy, the shower was delightful, and the place was very quiet. We enjoyed our overnight stay, and will be back.

Dirty sheets, ok for overnight.

The bedding was not clean when we arrived. We were able to get clean bedding but had to get it and put it on ourselves. There was one clerk who was busy, but he was nice and helpful. Also, the phone was out of service so we couldn’t organize a shuttle from the airport but got one back. Otherwise OK.

Close to the Buffalo airport, zoo, and malls. Guests with pets and those with no pets are together. I love dogs but not barking in a hotel day and night. No wash cloths, no towel bar by the sink, no place to sit at breakfast. It was ok, but we will look elsewhere next time.

Deceptive pictures

If this trip was for pleasure, I would have left the 1st night. The hotel condition was poor. I've never stayed at this brand an was curious. The room had broken foundation, lifting tub enclosure, ceiling damage. My room faced horrible grounds. I've never been so turned off.

Solid choice

It was solid and comfortable, as I generally expect of Wyndham properties. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative I have to report is that there was a skunk-ish smell in the hallway. It did not penetrate into my room.
