The manager was awesome, we had a temperature issue with our room and she moved us to a suite. It was an awesome. The suite was huge. I would like to book it on my next trip.

Great stay in an historic building. Rooms were comfortable and beautiful in a boutique way. Staff friendly and the common areas were outstanding with many features retained. Fireplaces, stained glass and tiled floors. The pub was a big plus. Friendly and cozy. Food was really good and covktails first rate. Ill stay here again.

The hotel bar is wonderful and the bartender, Nat, is one of a kind. She was pleasant, funny, personable, and gave great suggestions for food and things to do in the area. Worth staying at the hotel just to meet Nat!

The room was not in great condition the walls were very dirty with a lot of scuffs and marks. The shower was also not the cleanliest, but it got the job done. I am not one to complain. It wasn't a bad stay all in all.

Our stay at The Richardson Hotel was very good everything was in great shape and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the amazing exterior and interior design of the hotel and also loved learning all about the history of the building in the onsite museum on the bottom level. There were only 2 things that we would've liked to see better. I would have loved to have a small fridge in the room and lastly the front desk was hit and miss if someone was there but all of the people who worked there were very nice and helpful.

Hotel is great, rooms comfortable, breakfast was fine, but the real draw is the architecture and location. Central to many fine amenities in the city, the building itself is stunning and greatly enhanced the joy returning to the room repeatedly.
