there were people all over the place at night playing very loud music and yelling till 2am, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience as they were also just promiscuously staring in the lobby at late hours.

A smile from the front desk would have been great. The room was clean and ok for pruce. Bed creaked alot whenever you move and door had to be forced open. Ok stay dispite grumpy at front desk.

The room was surprisingly dirty. The bathroom area was almost clean. There were weird, tarry black deposits on the desk, dust on almost every surface, holes in the window curtains, etc. The finish on the tub was marred, there was actually a broken hangar in the closet-area thingy. There was no easy way to plug in a laptop at the desk. I had to crawl underneath. It's a cheap motel, but I've stayed at cheaper that were at least clean. The bed linen and towels were spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, to be fair. The staff I actually spoke to were great, I have no complaints at all about them.

Nothing to dislike, decent location next to I90 and not far from local bus stops which i made much use of with a Buffalo metro transportation card-saved me a very significant amount of money. No need for me to catch a cab!!

Not the most updated hotel, but room was clean and its pet friendly with no additional charges. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking and nearby restaurants. For the price it’s the best we’ve stayed at in the Buffalo area.

We got in around 9 pm Saturday night. The clerk was friendly and very cordial when I asked for a noon checkout. At 11:20 am Sunday am, a "manager" POUNDED on the door and in a snotty manner asked when we were leaving. We explained we were goven a noon checkout time by the front desk clerk. She ecsme even snottier stating he had no rght to grant that to us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We secured our stuff. The cleaning lady did not come in todo our bed clean our room or take out garbage. Not impressed. The room was pretty clean when we entered but do the bed check towels and remove garbage at the very least.

This is the most disgusting Hotel we have ever stayed at. Filthy Dirty, inside and out. The Front Desk Clerk was dirty and unkept. One bed was fine, the sheets had not been changed on the other bed. The whole experience was revolting. We tried to make other arrangements but everything was booked. We slept in our clothes and did not get under the covers for fear of bed bugs. I will be contacting the Head Office.

At check in I had to wait because the front staff attendant was out having a smoke. He saw me pull up but took his time getting to the desk. Our room was dated but also dirty. The sheets were all wrinkled and also there was hair and mud on the floors. It really didnt look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom again dated but it was clean.

Avoid unless you like sleeping in an ashtray
The place was awful. Had to leave door open for 45 minutes after arriving to try air out the smell. Cigarette butts in front of doorway and parking lot/ Signs everywhere indicate no smoking, but this is obviously not enforced. Spend a little extra and get a higher end room.
